    Machine Description:

     

    • 1. Feeding System: The base is manually placed at the loading station, while all other parts (rubber gasket, metal bracket, bolt, end cap) are automatically fed via vibration bowls for consistent, fast part delivery.

    • 2. Control & Operation: Equipped with PLC control and a touchscreen interface, enabling intuitive parameter adjustment, production monitoring, and fault diagnosis.

    • 3. Assembly Mechanism: The assembly stations adopt precision pneumatic components, including pneumatic slides, grippers, and linear modules, ensuring accurate and reliable assembly of each part.

    • 4. Structure & Discharge: The machine frame is constructed from 50×50×2 square steel tubes for stable, long-lasting performance. Completed assemblies flow out via a continuous conveyor for streamlined collection.

      Working Process:

       

      1. Base Loading
         
        The main base component is manually placed onto the station conveyor.
      2.  
        Gasket Assembly
         
        The rubber gasket is automatically installed onto the base to ensure a water-tight fit.
      3.  
        Base Confirmation / Verification
         
        A check is performed to confirm the base and gasket are correctly seated before proceeding.
      4.  
        Bolt Assembly
         
        Bolts are fed automatically and pre-positioned into the base.
      5.  
        Fastening of Metal Bracket with Bolts
         
        The metal structural bracket is secured onto the base by tightening the bolts.
      6.  
        End Cap Assembly & Missing Part Inspection
         
        The end cap is installed, and a station checks for any missing components (especially the metal bracket).
      7.  
        Finished Product Sorting & Discharge
         
        Completed assemblies are automatically sorted and conveyed out of the machine.
