Project Evaluation:
Please provide your product photos, dimensions, material, application purpose and output requirements. It would be highly appreciated if you could share the video of manual assembly of the parts. Engineers will conduct an evaluation and work out a customized solution for your reference.
Examination and Acceptance:
- Acceptance Standard: Reached rated production capacity and qualified equipment quality.
- Acceptance Location: Completed at our factory. The acceptance process shall follow the technical agreement confirmed by both parties.
- The equipment failure rate shall be less than 0.5%, excluding shutdowns caused by defective feeding accessories.
Technical Training:
- We provide equipment installation and operation instructions, electrical drawings, as well as maintenance manuals.
- We provide equipment installation & operation training via remote support, on-site engineer service, or training at our factory for your engineers.
Training contents:
- Equipment structure understanding and operational training
- Replacement of jigs and fixtures
- Familiarization and operation of the control system program
- Daily maintenance and upkeep specifications
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting methods
Quality Assurance:
- Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of final acceptance of the equipment at our factory.
- Lifelong After-sales Service: After the warranty expires, only the cost price will be charged for replacement spare parts.
- In-warranty Support: Within warranty, we offer remote support via phone and video. On-site technicians will be arranged if needed.
