Working Process:
Inner Tube Sub-Assembly
The process begins with the pre-assembled inner tube components being fed into the system, forming the core structure of the drain valve.
Inlet Pipe Sub-Assembly
The inlet pipe components are introduced and securely assembled to the inner tube, ensuring a leak-proof water connection.
Valve Body Sub-Assembly
The main valve body is mounted onto the assembly, providing the housing for all subsequent components.
Valve Cover Sub-Assembly
The valve cover is fitted onto the valve body, sealing the internal mechanism and ensuring proper operation.
Float Cup Sub-Assembly
The float cup component is assembled, which is critical for controlling the water level and triggering the flush mechanism.
Mounting Hardware Installation
All required installation accessories, such as gaskets, nuts, or washers, are automatically attached, preparing the valve for final installation in the toilet tank.
Finished Product Unloading
The fully assembled drain valve is automatically unloaded from the line, ready for packaging or further quality control checks.
