Working Process:
Adopting "manual assistance + automatic execution" mode, the two independent stations can work simultaneously or alternately, with simple standardized steps for new operators:
1. Feeding Preparation: Sort workpieces and place them nearby; pour O-rings into the vibratory bowl and check the discharge channel for smoothness.
2. Manual Operation: Place workpieces on the positioning fixtures of both stations, which automatically clamp to ensure accurate O-ring installation.
3. Automatic Feeding: The vibratory bowl sorts and transports O-rings to the two stations automatically, replacing manual sorting and ensuring stability.
4. Automatic Assembly: Press the start button to start automatic assembly: pick up O-rings, expand them, coat oil (optional and adjustable via touch screen), install into workpieces, and reset.
5. Finished Product Retrieval: Fixtures release after assembly; take finished products and place new workpieces for continuous operation.
