Working Process:
This machine adopts a mature "manual assistance + automatic execution" working mode with standardized and simple operation procedures, which is easy for new operators to master quickly. The detailed working steps are as follows:
1. Feeding Preparation: Sort and place workpieces in a designated position; pour O-rings into the vibratory bowl and inspect the feeding channel to ensure smooth and unobstructed automatic discharging.
2. Manual Positioning: Manually place the sorted workpieces on the equipment positioning fixture, which can stably fix the workpieces to guarantee the accuracy of subsequent O-ring assembly.
3. Automatic O-ring Feeding: The vibratory bowl automatically sorts and conveys O-rings to the working position, eliminating manual sorting and feeding, and ensuring consistent feeding stability.
4. Automatic Assembly: Press the start button to initiate automatic assembly. The equipment automatically picks up, expands and installs O-rings. The built-in oil coating function is optional, with switch and oil volume adjustable via the touch screen. The device will automatically reset after assembly completion.
5. Finished Product Retrieval: After the assembly cycle is finished, the fixture releases the workpiece. Operators take off finished products and place new workpieces to realize continuous cyclic production.
Core Features
1. Stable and Efficient Production: Optimized for single-station operation, the machine features smooth and continuous assembly actions. It realizes stable and high-speed O-ring assembly, effectively improving overall production efficiency and solving the inefficiency of pure manual sleeving.
2. Flexible Oil Coating Function: Equipped with a built-in oil coating module. Users can freely turn the function on or off and adjust the oil output through the touch screen according to production requirements. It reduces assembly friction and enhances the sealing performance of finished products.
3. Intelligent and Simple Control: Adopts industrial PLC core control system matched with a humanized touch screen. It supports real-time parameter adjustment, production quantity counting and equipment fault alarm functions, with simple operation and stable system operation.
4. Wide Product Adaptability: The equipment is compatible with O-rings of different specifications. Customizable fixtures and execution mechanisms are available to meet the assembly demands of various workpieces, suitable for multi-specification and small-batch production.
5. Compact and Durable Structure: Featuring a streamlined and compact overall design, the equipment occupies little space and is convenient for placement and handling. The whole machine is made of high-quality materials with stable mechanical performance and long service life.
6. Reliable Safety Protection: Configured with an emergency stop button and protective baffles. It can quickly cut off operation in case of abnormal conditions, effectively avoiding operational accidents and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment during production.

Application Scenarios:
Widely used in multi-variety, small-to-medium batch O-ring assembly for:
1. Sanitary Ware: Valve cores, faucets, shower joints (oil coating prevents water leakage).
2. Valve Industry: Ball valves, angle valves, water meter accessories (precise positioning ensures sealing).
3. Auto Parts: Oil/air pipe joints, gaskets (high precision and consistency).
4. General Hardware: Hardware accessories, fasteners (no frequent equipment replacement).
5. All applications requiring O-ring assembly.
Operation and Maintenance Notes:
(I) Operation Notes
Operators need training; prohibit misoperation (e.g., starting without workpieces).
Check power, air source, O-ring supply and fixture before operation.
Press emergency stop for jamming/dev deviation; do not touch moving parts when running.
Adjust parameters in advance to avoid O-ring damage or misalignment.
Take/place workpieces timely to avoid finished product accumulation.
(II) Maintenance Notes
Shut down, clean equipment and residual O-rings after daily work.
Weekly inspection: check fixture/expansion mechanism wear and pipe leakage.
Monthly lubrication of moving parts to extend service life.
Contact professionals for faults; do not disassemble independently.
Clean and cover with dust cover when not in use for a long time.
