  • Machine Description:

    This fully automatic shower head assembly machine is designed for high-efficiency, zero-manual-intervention production of multiple shower head models, including B31430, B31531, B32030, B32034, B32330, and B32331. It features dual turntable stations that work in tandem to execute the entire assembly process automatically, from plug assembly and welding to seal gasket installation, oiling, ball plunger assembly, and final screw fastening.
     
    Equipped with robotic vision systems, the machine precisely locates inner bore positions and aligns water separator bottoms for the 6 different face cover components, ensuring consistent assembly accuracy. It supports 2 ball plunger variants with quick program switching, and automatically feeds all standard parts—seal gaskets, hex washers, and self-tapping screws—without manual loading.

     

    Every process incorporates real-time inspection mechanisms to detect and reject defective components, preventing quality issues from entering downstream operations. The finished products are automatically transferred to a conveyor line, enabling seamless integration with subsequent production stages. With its high-speed cycle, robust quality control, and multi-model compatibility, this machine delivers exceptional reliability and efficiency for medium-to-large scale shower head manufacturing.
