It adopts cam indexers and servo modules for motion control, PLC & touchscreen operation, visual alignment, precision pneumatic components, and post-assembly testing with defective part rejection, ensuring efficient, reliable production.

    Machine Descriptions:
     
    • 1. The water inlet, threaded cap, outlet panel, screw cap, and screws are fed via vibratory bowl feeders.
    • 2. Ultrasonic welding is performed using servo motor-driven welding systems.
    • 3. The shower body is manually placed, then loaded by a 4-axis robotic arm with vision guidance.
    • 4. The main drive uses a cam indexer, while the translation mechanism adopts servo modules.
    • 5. The outlet panel is positioned via visual alignment.
    • 6. The equipment is controlled by a PLC with HMI touchscreen operation.
    • 7. The assembly mechanism uses high-precision pneumatic components including servo modules, pneumatic grippers, and robotic arms.
    • 8. Post-assembly inspection is performed at each station to verify proper assembly and reject defective products.
     
    Working Process:
     
     
     
     
    • Step 01:  Manually place the shower head body onto the conveyor belt
    • Step 02:  Robotic arm loads the shower head body onto the fixture
    • Step 03:  Assemble the water inlet head
    • Step 04:  Ultrasonic welding of the water inlet head
    • Step 05:  Assemble the threaded cap
    • Step 06:  Flip the shower head body assembly
    • Step 07:  Load the shower head body assembly onto the fixture
    • Step 08:  Assemble the outlet panel
    • Step 09:  Ultrasonic welding of the outlet panel
    • Step 10:  Screw fastening assembly
    • Step 11:  Assemble the screw cap
    • Step 12:  Discharge finished products to the conveyor belt
    • Step 13:  Manual collection of finished products
