Machine Description:

• 1. Automatic feeding of water stop shaft and Y-ring via vibration bowls.
• 2. The equipment adopts PLC control with touch screen operation.
• 3. The assembly mechanism uses precision pneumatic components such as pneumatic slides and pneumatic grippers.
• 4. Automatically complete the assembly of 1 water stop shaft and 2 Y-rings, with the Y-rings required to be coated with diluted silicone oil.
• 5. 100% visual inspection of the orientation and presence of burrs/flanging on the Y-rings installed on the water stop shaft (technical key challenge).
• 6. Post-assembly inspection is performed at each station, with defective products rejected.
