    Machine Working Process:

     

    1. 1. Lifting Rod Loading: The lifting rod components are automatically fed into the system via a precision vibratory bowl feeder, ensuring consistent and continuous material supply.
    2. 2. Lifting Rod Inspection: The system performs a visual or mechanical inspection to verify the presence and quality of the lifting rod, rejecting any defective parts before assembly.
    3. 3. Rubber Washer Loading: Rubber washers are individually fed and positioned, ready for assembly onto the lifting rod.
    4. 4. Rubber Washer Assembly: Pneumatic slides and grippers precisely press-fit the rubber washer onto the lifting rod, ensuring proper seating and alignment.
    5. 5. Rubber Washer Inspection: The assembled rubber washer is checked for correct installation, position, and integrity to prevent leaks or assembly failures.
    6. 6. Connecting Rod Loading: Connecting rod components are fed into the assembly station, ready to be joined with the lifting rod assembly.
    7. 7. Connecting Rod Assembly: The connecting rod is automatically attached to the lifting rod and washer assembly using precision assembly mechanisms.
    8. 8. Connecting Rod Inspection: A final check verifies the complete assembly, ensuring all components are correctly fitted and functional.
    9. 9. Finished Product Unloading: Qualified finished assemblies are automatically unloaded from the line, while any remaining defective products are rejected.
