Overall Introduction:

• Operation Process: The feeding system cuts rubber strips to the specified weight and positions them → The strip picking and loading mechanism picks up two layers of rubber strips → The double-layer rubber strips are simultaneously loaded into the mold → Vulcanization is performed by the vulcanizing machine → Demolding is done manually or automatically.
   
  The loading and transfer sliding table is designed at the same height as the manual operating platform, serving as a replacement platform to facilitate manual demolding and mold replacement.

Safety Devices:

1. 1. The loading mechanism is equipped with anti-collision sensors, which also protect the molds.
2. 2. Anti-collision edge sensors are installed on the transfer mechanism of the feeding system.
3. 3. Safety light curtains are fitted at the material picking area for protection.
4. 4. Mechanical limit stops are mounted on the loading mechanism.
5. 5. The manual loading start button is installed outside the safety zone.
6. 6. Emergency stop switches (power-off stop switches) are arranged at multiple positions.

Without weighing and sorting functions, excessive material weight will cause thick flash, material waste and subsequent processing issues; insufficient weight will lead to defective products due to material shortage, resulting in material and labor losses. Uniform length and arrangement per mold enable accurate weight management. If each rubber strip saves an average of 0.1 gram, the total material cost reduction will be considerable.
