This integrated rubber feeding and processing unit supports edge trimming, cutting, weighing and automatic feeding to vulcanizing presses. It works stably for rubber strips of 50-90 hardness and 1-10mm thickness, enabling precise weight control to cut material costs.
 

Equipped with comprehensive safety devices like anti-collision sensors and safety light curtains, it offers optional manual or automatic demolding. Its ergonomic design eases operation and mold replacement. Production data can also be connected to WIP systems for smart management.

    Process Flow:
     
    The feeding system cuts rubber strips to the required weight and positions them → The strip pick-and-place mechanism retrieves the rubber strips → The strips are fed into the mold simultaneously → Vulcanization takes place in the vulcanizing press → Manual or automatic demolding.
     
    The feeding transfer slide is set at the same height as the operator station, eliminating the need for a separate work platform. This design facilitates manual demolding, mold changes, and other operations.

      • The feeding mechanism is equipped with anti-collision sensors (which also provide mold protection).
      • The transfer mechanism of the feeding system is fitted with anti-collision edge sensors.
