    Function Introduction:

     
    1. This machine integrates edge trimming, material cutting, weighing, screening, weight self-adjustment, automatic material arranging, automatic feeding to vulcanizer, and finished product unloading.
    2. Compact, powerful, easy to operate, and highly versatile. It meets feeding requirements for strips of varying sizes (uneven rubber weight) and unequal spacing.
    3. Motor-driven cutting runs smoothly, with high speed and strong force (suitable for hardness 50–90 Shore, thickness 1 mm–10 mm).
    4. No contamination to rubber strips during production (no intermediate cutting; one-shot molding).
    5. Precise weight control and accurate automatic arranging for each rubber strip. Without weighing and screening, overweight causes thick flashes, material waste, and downstream issues; underweight leads to under‑filling, scrapped products, material waste, and labor cost increases. Accurate, consistent length per shot enables precise weight calculation and control. An average saving of 0.1 g per strip accumulates significant material cost reduction.

    Overall Introduction

     

    1. Workflow:
    2. Feeding system cuts rubber strips to target weight and positions them → Strip picking & feeding mechanism takes strips → Strips loaded into molds simultaneously → Vulcanization → Manual or automatic demolding.
    3. Feeding slide platform is set to the same height as manual stations, replacing stations for easy demolding and mold change.

      • Anti-collision sensor on feeding mechanism (also protects molds);
      • Anti-collision edge sensor on feeding transfer mechanism;
      • Safety light curtain at material picking area;
      • Mechanical limit on feeding mechanism;
      • Manual feeding start button located outside safe zone;
      • Emergency stop switches (power-off) at multiple points.
