Machine Description:

• 1. The base, flat plug, and cylindrical plug are fed via vibratory bowl feeders.
• 2. The main drive uses a cam indexer, and the translation mechanism adopts servo modules.
• 3. The equipment is controlled by PLC and operated via a touchscreen.
• 4. The assembly mechanism utilizes servo modules, pneumatic grippers, and other precision pneumatic components.
• 5. After each assembly process, the system checks if the assembly is completed correctly and rejects defective products.
