Operators feed steel wire hoses: U-type feeding for 500-2000 mm hoses, single-side assembly for shorter ones. Core rods and nuts are assembled via flexible vibratory feeders, vision system and manipulators for multi-part compatibility. Sleeves are supplied by vibratory feeders. The machine uses moving clamps, servo modules for translation and assembly. Controlled by PLC with touch screen. Equipped with precision pneumatic components. Post-assembly inspection and defective product rejection are available.
