Working Process:

Middle Plate Loading: The movement’s middle plate is fed into the assembly line.
Coil Loading: The electromagnetic coil is loaded onto the middle plate.
Rotary Plate Segmentation Position Adjustment: The rotary indexing table adjusts the position of the separator component.
Middle Plate Oiling: Lubricating oil is dispensed onto the middle plate to ensure smooth gear operation.
Small Card Assembly: The small contact/retention card is assembled onto the plate.
Large Card Assembly: The large contact/retention card is installed.
Good/Defective Product Inspection (NG / OK Sorting): The system performs quality inspection to separate good (OK) and defective (NG) units.
Unloading: Finished units are unloaded from the line, with rejected parts diverted for rework.
