It uses 4-axis manipulators, servo modules, and pneumatic grippers for precision assembly, with a precision vibratory feeder for feeding. Post-assembly inspection ensures defective parts are rejected. Equipped with 2 Delta 4-axis manipulators and 6 Panasonic/Hikvision vision systems, it delivers stable, high-quality assembly. With a footprint of 8000×1800×1800 mm, it runs on 220V power and ≥0.5 MPa air pressure, achieving 400–500 parts/hour with noise below 85 dB (excluding the feeder).
