Our customized steel wire hose flexible assembly machine has finished full debugging and will be delivered to Thailand shortly.
The machine supports two assembling ways: U-type manual feeding with moving clamp for hoses 500–2000 mm, single-side assembly for hoses under 500 mm. Core rod and nut adopt flexible vibratory feeder + vision + robot assembling to fit multiple parts, sealing sleeve uses vibratory feeder feeding.
Servo modules drive translation and assembling structures; PLC + touch screen controls whole machine with pneumatic grippers as key executing parts. Every station comes with post-assembly inspection and defective product rejection function.
This flexible assembly equipment helps Thailand hose manufacturers upgrade automatic production.
