Our automated production system covers inlet valve, flush valve, push button, tank actuator and toilet seat slow-drop hinge assembly. The equipment completes automatic part feeding, pressing assembling, air tightness leak test, water flow performance detection and finished product quality inspection in one line.

Equipped with servo drive, PLC program and visual inspection system, we customize production lines according to clients’ output requirements to realize unmanned continuous production.
